| He was running with the boost controller OFF and the motor popped. I was also running with the BC turned off. The 530s are supposedly set at 12psi natural wastegate boost, but it was hitting 16psi steady. I did not hear any detonation at all and was driving around semi-aggressively after fully warming up to get rid of all the old gas before putting it on the trailer.
